This privacy policy explains how we obtain, collect, process, analyze, display, transmit, disclose, store, modify, delete, and/or otherwise manage your personal data.

By accessing Air Mancur’s website, application, or platform pages, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all forms of management of your personal data. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to claims for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.

Air Mancur may change this statement and any part of the privacy policy from time to time by updating this page, and it is the user’s obligation to update, read, understand, and agree to each applicable Privacy Policy.

By stating “Agree” during account registration or data collection through a consent form provided to you, you agree and give consent to PT Air Mancur, or the Combiphar Group, its affiliates, and designated partners (hereinafter referred to as “Air Mancur”) to process your personal data.

1. Legal Basis and Applicable Regulations

Laws and regulations/policies applicable in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia governing personal data protection, as set out in Law No. 27 of 2022 and its implementing regulations.

Air Mancur complies with all applicable laws and regulations as well as policies of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia regarding personal data protection.

2. Collection of Personal Data

Personal data of users collected by Air Mancur includes, but is not limited to:

  • Identity data: Name, gender, date of birth, and nationality;
  • Contact data: Address, email, telephone number;
  • Biometric data with standardized security levels and a maximum retention period of one year;
  • Account data with standardized security levels and encryption and anonymization processes. Inactive/unused account data will be anonymized;
  • Transaction data: Purchase transactions and purchase receipts;
  • Technical data: IP address, cookies, device ID;
  • Profile data: Account name, account ID;
  • Usage data: Usage history and search history on Air Mancur websites, platforms, and applications;
  • Actual or approximate location data: GPS, Wi-Fi location, and so on;
  • Additional data including but not limited to uploaded photos or other media;
  • Health data and information: Health history, only for authorized entities that require such data.

Personal data is collected from, but not limited to:

  • Data submitted by users directly or indirectly;
  • Data obtained when users register an account on a website, platform, or application owned and/or operated by Air Mancur;
  • Data recorded automatically when users use a website, platform, or application owned and/or operated by Air Mancur;
  • Data recorded when users are contacted by Air Mancur through other communication media;
  • Data collected by Third Parties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Purposes of Using Personal Data

In general, we use your personal data to operate, provide, and improve Air Mancur services. Air Mancur’s purposes for using personal data include:

  • Processing transactions/orders: Shipping products, providing delivery information, customer assistance, and transaction verification;
  • Providing services: Identifying users, understanding user experience, conducting surveys, providing relevant information, personalization, and recommendations;
  • Marketing and research analytics: Providing relevant offers and advertising information to users;
  • Communicating with users through different channels regarding Air Mancur services and responding to user requests;
  • Complying with obligations: Legal compliance and fraud prevention;
  • Disclosing and sharing user information under certain conditions permitted by applicable law and/or with user consent.

4. Location & Storage of Personal Data

Air Mancur may store user data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;

  • Air Mancur may store user data outside Indonesia, while still complying with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations;
  • Air Mancur will promptly delete user data if it is no longer needed to fulfill the stated purposes and is not required for compliance purposes;
  • If you close or ask us to close your account, we will promptly delete your personal data, unless we are required to retain your data or still need to use it for reasons permitted and/or required by law.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

We will only share and disclose personal data if:

  • Required for the use of Air Mancur service features, or Third-Party applications, services, or devices that you choose to use;
  • Required under a valid Court order; and
  • If you give us permission to share personal data with your consent.

Personal Data Security

Air Mancur will endeavor to provide the best level of security to protect its users’ personal data, but cannot guarantee the integrity and accuracy of personal data provided to Air Mancur, or guarantee that such personal data will not or cannot be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by any unauthorized party, due to risks beyond Air Mancur’s control.

Air Mancur encourages users to protect confidential data such as passwords, One Time Passwords (OTP), Personal Identification Numbers (PIN), and not to share account details with anyone, and to maintain the security of the devices used.

Use of personal data by third parties cooperating with Air Mancur will be carried out based on agreements.

Air Mancur will endeavor to ensure that any data processing carried out by Third Parties appointed by Air Mancur follows the terms and purposes of processing we convey through this Privacy Policy. However, Air Mancur cannot fully guarantee processing by Third Parties. If a Third Party processes your data not in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the agreement between the Third Party and Air Mancur, Air Mancur will take legal action based on the agreement between Air Mancur and the Third Party as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Third-party sites linked to Air Mancur may have their own independent Privacy Policies and security measures beyond Air Mancur’s control. Therefore, you are advised to always review Third-Party Privacy Policies.

Air Mancur will endeavor to provide the best level of security to protect its users’ personal data, but Air Mancur will not be responsible if force majeure occurs beyond Air Mancur’s control. Air Mancur will remain responsible for informing this through designated communication media.
